Pilates Exercise


Thank you for visiting my web site! How did I become a health coach? When I was in my 20s I never imagined that I would create that journey.. In fact my life was supposed to be more conventional. I graduated from a French Business School. None the less after working in the marketing and management industry in Paris and Madrid, my heart called me on a different path. I took a career break and traveled to Australia where I took my first Iyengar yoga class. This is where my journey started and my own personal revolution began.  I came back to Europe and continued to work in consulting in between Barcelona and Switzerland.

However, I began to practice more and more vinyasa and ashtanga yoga until I became a yoga junkie!! I didn’t know whether I would continue with my job but I did know that I was committed to creating a new LIFESTYLE. I gradually felt unsatisfied with my daily routine and I was inspired to leave my consulting career.

I travelled to India and Bali several times to practice ashtanga yoga with the most renowned teachers. Eventually I decided to enroll in an ashtanga yoga teacher training program in Seattle, USA. It then was a natural progression to discover pilates which led me to complete my mat and studio pilates certification and become a certified American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) personal trainer. For the last 10 years I have had the privilege to help my clients achieve their physical goals, targeting a variety of concerns around weight-loss, general body conditioning, toning, rehabilitation and pregnancy in Gibraltar.

My philosophy has always been rooted in taking a holistic approach to mind, body and the balance of the soul.

This encouraged me to continue my studies in natural nutrition with Montse Bradford in Barcelona, who has been the director of the Macrobiotic Institute of London for 20 years. I am also a certified Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) coach with a qualification from the Association of Neuro Linguistic Programming.

I always been seeking about authenticity and that led me to healthy living. My goal is to educate and support my clients to achieve and maintain their well-being. I assist in their physical goals _ BODY _ , guiding them to adopt healthy eating habits _ CONSCIOUS EATING_ and lately I created the project _SPIRIT CONNECTION PROJECT_  to help manifest our own potential and raise our vibrations.

I feel now complete with these 3 main blocks (Body, Conscious eating and Spirit Connection Project) as they reflect my personal journey and experience for these last 20 years. I am happy to share it now with you :-)
