I provide vegan meal plan and food coaching sessions based on macrobiotic diet to help you eat a practical & well balanced plant based diet.

Food Coaching Sessions:

In one session, I first do your Nutrition Profile Evaluation: we discuss your challenges, eating habits, health and wellness goals.  At the end of the session, you will have specific, simple, practical strategies that will help you get the results you want.

For a healthy lifestyle with lasting results, I also propose one month coaching with weekly sessions:

This program is tailored completely around you.I will design a program for you based on your health, lifestyle, schedule and goals, whether it is to lower your cholesterol, loose weight, boost energy or manage a health condition. You will receive as well a personal meal plan based on your food preferences and cooking styles. I will guide you to create a green lifestyle and to consume food that is closest to its natural state with the least amount of processing and brings a maximum of nutrients: organic, fresh, local & in season products.
