I specialize in teaching the core principles of the traditional Mindfulness Programme (MSC Mindfulness Self-Compassion), which spans over 8 weeks.

During this transformative journey, I'll guide you through one-hour weekly sessions for two months, facilitating profound internal changes.

How do my food coaching sessions work?

In one session, I first do your Nutrition Profile Evaluation: we discuss your challenges, eating habits, health, and wellness goals.  At the end of the session, you will have specific, simple, practical strategies that will help you get the results you want.

For a healthy lifestyle with lasting results, I also propose one month coaching with weekly sessions.

This program is tailored completely around you. I will design a program for you based on your health, lifestyle, schedule and goals, whether it is to lower your cholesterol, lose weight, boost energy or manage a health condition.

You will receive a personal meal plan as well based on your food preferences and cooking styles. I will guide you to create a green lifestyle and to consume food that is closest to its natural state with the least amount of processing and brings a maximum of nutrients: organic, fresh, local & in season products.
